Retreat Policy

At Soul Sanctuary Retreats, we strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all participants. While we know that no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, life can be unpredictable.

We encourage you to take a moment to familiarize yourself with our booking terms and conditions, including our cancellation policy.

Definitions

  • Cancellation refers to not attending your specifically reserved date for any Soul Sanctuary Retreat, which includes postponing or rescheduling your attendance.

  • “You” refers to the guest who books a Soul Sanctuary Retreat.

  • “We” refers to Soul Sanctuary Retreats.

Payment Options

After a confirmation has been emailed to you, a courtesy hold requires payment within 3 days (72hrs) to secure the reservation. (according payment plan)

By offering flexible payment plans, we aim to make your journey toward self-discovery and connection more accessible:

  • A non-refundable Deposit: 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
  • Single Payment: Pay the full retreat investment upfront at the time of booking.
  • Two-Stage Payment Plan:
    • Non-refundable Deposit: 30% due upon booking.
    • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 3 months before the retreat start date.

Travel Insurance requirement

At Soul Sanctuary Retreats, we strongly recommend (and may require) that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This should cover:

  • Trip cancellations or interruptions
  • Medical emergencies and evacuation
  • Lost or delayed baggage
  • Any unforeseen circumstances preventing travel

Travel insurance provides peace of mind and financial protection if you need to cancel your trip due to illness, emergencies, or other unexpected events.

Important: Be sure to review your policy carefully to ensure it meets your needs. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to lack of coverage.

Soul Sanctuary Retreats Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 90 days or more before the Start Date of the retreat, you will be refunded the full amount paid up to that date for the retreat. This excludes the 30% deposit per person which is non-refundable

If you cancel between 60 – 90 days before the Start date of the retreat, you will be refunded 50% of any sums paid. This excludes the 30% deposit per person which is non-refundable

Cancellations less than 60 days before the Start Date of your Escape are non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of any and all sums paid.

Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.

Soul Sanctuary Retreats Cancellation Policy

At Soul Sanctuary Retreats, we are committed to delivering transformative experiences. However, in the rare event that we must cancel a retreat for reasons beyond our control, the following policies apply:

If Soul Sanctuary Retreats Cancels the Retreat

If we are unable to run a scheduled retreat (excluding cases where a guest fails to disclose pre-existing conditions), you may:

  1. Transfer your full payment to another retreat date or package, OR
  2. Request a full refund through the original payment method. This will constitute a full settlement of our agreement.

Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
In cases where cancellation is due to natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a credit for a future retreat rather than a refund.

Communication & Next Steps

  • If a retreat cancellation occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible via email.
  • You will have the option to rebook or request a refund (where applicable).
  • If you choose to rebook, your credit will be applied based on the current retreat rates at the time of rebooking.
